So I have been using this for quite a while — longer than I have been Gluten free as I have done keto on and off for weight loss and energy and it really helps with some of the negative parts of Keto (for me this was toe and leg cramps)   And then last fall when I was quite ill, I had toe and leg cramps quite bad as a side effect of all of the asthma medicine I was taking and again, Ultima Electrolyte Drink helped again.  Thankfully I am off a lot of those meds but this has been a great little drink for many times in my life.  Currently my hubs is sucking down most of the tub of it as he works a physical job and we live in the South and it is summer — so it is HOTTTT!!

This is gluten free and keto of course as no sugar or any of the other non-approved keto ingredients.  It is also Vegan so anyone who is vegan and gluten free can enjoy it.   The Nutrition label is at the bottom of the post if you want to check it out.
